IEpoor customer service I've been dealing with Circle Medical for almost a year and generally I've had a good experances. However I'm recently having a bill/insurance issues (my insurer says blood tests where coded incorrectly) and I've been in contact with their customer support. What can I say, it's terrible. They only engage via instance message. They're very slow to response and I keep having to explain the issue to different people. This is going on for over 3 month. I've try ask to speak to someone but they ignor me. Make your own decsions, but consider what will happen when you need support.

GBDr. Woodhouse is amazing I met Dr. Woodhouse today for the first time. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Woodhouse was so kind, compassionate, and attentive. She was a plethora of knowledge. I am truly blessed to have found Dr. Woodhouse. It is so refreshing to have a Dr. who really listens and cares. I am looking forward to seeing her again. The appointment went so smoothly. GBTerrible … The provider is great but my experience with the support staff has been terrible. The customer service is terrible. The response has been terrible. Everything but the provider has been terrible.

GBIf I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t expect any quality of care from them. They will spend 30+ days verifying your insurance benefits after taking your money for the consultation appt. RUN
