Had my first appointment this morning… Had my first appointment this morning it was super easy to navigate. My Dr was great! I can’t wait to see her again Monday for my second appointment.

Easy and Time Efficient Process I was searching several in person options but they seemed to have taken a lot of time and co-pay but circle medical offered those same services virtual and for less.

Terrible … The provider is great but my experience with the support staff has been terrible. The customer service is terrible. The response has been terrible. Everything but the provider has been terrible.

If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t expect any quality of care from them. They will spend 30+ days verifying your insurance benefits after taking your money for the consultation appt. RUN
