IEpoor customer service I've been dealing with Circle Medical for almost a year and generally I've had a good experances. However I'm recently having a bill/insurance issues (my insurer says blood tests where coded incorrectly) and I've been in contact with their customer support. What can I say, it's terrible. They only engage via instance message. They're very slow to response and I keep having to explain the issue to different people. This is going on for over 3 month. I've try ask to speak to someone but they ignor me. Make your own decsions, but consider what will happen when you need support.

GBTechnical issues up front but overall experience better than I had hoped for. There were some technical issues when I first signed up. Some links that read not active and I kept getting a text that kept asking me to add my payment method, which I had done days prior… But I love the PA that I am seeing.

GBTerrible … The provider is great but my experience with the support staff has been terrible. The customer service is terrible. The response has been terrible. Everything but the provider has been terrible.
