Easiest way to get help when you need it My care provider really listened to my concerns and offered multiple solutions to fix the issues that I'm having. I didn't feel judged, I felt heard and for the first time in a while, I feel very positive about the wellness plan that was given to me. I've been in and out of doctors offices my whole life for mental health issues and this was the fastest and easiest way to get help when I really needed it.

I had been diagnosed with ADHD from a… I had been diagnosed with ADHD from a mental health provider and was told in addition to therapy that I should seek a primary care provider to help me get the care I need. I have tried to find a local PCP in my area and everyone is booked for months. I wasn’t sure what to do. I found out about Circle Medical through my Cigna app and I had my intake appointment today! The FNP-BC was very helpful. She listened to my concerns and helped me with a plan forward for treatment. I have a follow up appointment next week and will begin treatment. I’m relieved that I’m finally getting help.

poor customer service I've been dealing with Circle Medical for almost a year and generally I've had a good experances. However I'm recently having a bill/insurance issues (my insurer says blood tests where coded incorrectly) and I've been in contact with their customer support. What can I say, it's terrible. They only engage via instance message. They're very slow to response and I keep having to explain the issue to different people. This is going on for over 3 month. I've try ask to speak to someone but they ignor me. Make your own decsions, but consider what will happen when you need support.
