GBEasiest way to get help when you need it My care provider really listened to my concerns and offered multiple solutions to fix the issues that I'm having. I didn't feel judged, I felt heard and for the first time in a while, I feel very positive about the wellness plan that was given to me. I've been in and out of doctors offices my whole life for mental health issues and this was the fastest and easiest way to get help when I really needed it.

GBTerrible … The provider is great but my experience with the support staff has been terrible. The customer service is terrible. The response has been terrible. Everything but the provider has been terrible.

IEpoor customer service I've been dealing with Circle Medical for almost a year and generally I've had a good experances. However I'm recently having a bill/insurance issues (my insurer says blood tests where coded incorrectly) and I've been in contact with their customer support. What can I say, it's terrible. They only engage via instance message. They're very slow to response and I keep having to explain the issue to different people. This is going on for over 3 month. I've try ask to speak to someone but they ignor me. Make your own decsions, but consider what will happen when you need support.
