ETWe have been looking for a good healthโฆ We have been looking for a good health care where all the challenges can be slolved effectively. Finally we have gotten one that would meet our problems. I would like to recomend this organization because, they are the best always. Among the health sites that I have been dealing with, this company seems to be the best.

USI want to thank the Prehab Guys theyโฆ I want to thank the Prehab Guys they are amazing! I've experienced mid back tension for the past 8yrs. I've been working a desk job since college. I started to workout regularly about 2yrs ago but had no back relief. My back was so knotted attempting rows was painful. I started to feel a difference after just two weeks of mobility drills! The thoracic spine mobility overhaul program has changed my life I can finally twist and turn! I recommend the app to anyone who wants to improve their mobility!

USExercise library for PT practice. I love the variety of exercises and the detailed descriptions of each movement! Iโm still having difficulty copying the exercises to paste into WebPT. Also the print version of the exercise plan has very small exercises. I have some older patients that donโt want electronic programs so I still need to print. Overall though him very happy with the exercise library.

USThis was helpful... A few years ago I did a test of dorsiflection and discovered that I had very limited mobility in my ankles/lower legs. Then, I injured my right achilles resulting in less mobility. I decided to try this program to help prevent any new injury. After 5 weeks I have noticed increased mobility in both legs. I missed week six due to vacation but am planning to do the cycle one more time. My only suggestion is to the exercises on both legs. I modified the program to do this so that I wasn't unevenly training (mostly by doing the other leg during the rest time).

AUWhat a difference this has made! I started doing the exercises one evening that The Prehab Guys post on IG, but didnโt take it seriously or try my best. The next morning I felt wonderfully mobile in my lower back (which had given me trouble for years now.) I then tried the shoulder exercises, hips, basically all that applied to me. This has quickly become a 5 minute ritual of my day and can truly say that I havenโt looked back. A real life changer! Iโm so grateful for the easy exercises that make a BIG difference to mobility, balance and even sleep. Deepest thank you!
