GBI used to use the subscription service… I used to use the subscription service from Nurx and their customer service was not the best. Today I was able to talk to a live person, get my answers immediately, and Karen was able to help me with all my questions and concerns. I am very happy I made the choice to switch who I was using. I was nervous that I would get the same customer service again, but I am amazed at how amazing she was and patient she was with me and all my questions.

GBGreat customer service experience I haven't been using them long enough to rate long term service, however my experience with their patient care team was very positive. I did an online chat, which was immediately picked up (no hold), she was able to pull up my info and help straighten out an issue with my profile quickly, as well as message my doctor and get my prescription expedited. Very positive experience, so far!

GBIncredibly understanding and communicative Everyone is always so helpful and considerate! Belen is who helped me today and was incredibly supportive and accommodating on not only holding onto my refill, but also setting a day that they will reach back out to me for a check up on the refill. With someone with ADHD this kind of service is very refreshing and helpful!

GBWas trying to get set up for menopause… Was trying to get set up for menopause care. What a joke! Would not let me do anything. Chat was uneventful. My chat person disappeared and the lady on the phone could not really answer my question. I created an account with FB, and it just l ft he hanging. Do not waste your time persuing this!

GBAdjustments are EASY! I needed to adjust the date of my refill for birth control and was able to accomplish this with a simple, quick live chat with Merry, who was incredibly helpful. The changes were updated immediately and I was back on track within minutes of initiating a chat. This service is so easy and flexible. They are incredibly responsive. I am so glad I found Pandia and would recommend them to anyone.
