Great customer service experience I haven't been using them long enough to rate long term service, however my experience with their patient care team was very positive. I did an online chat, which was immediately picked up (no hold), she was able to pull up my info and help straighten out an issue with my profile quickly, as well as message my doctor and get my prescription expedited. Very positive experience, so far!
