GBGreat customer service experience I haven't been using them long enough to rate long term service, however my experience with their patient care team was very positive. I did an online chat, which was immediately picked up (no hold), she was able to pull up my info and help straighten out an issue with my profile quickly, as well as message my doctor and get my prescription expedited. Very positive experience, so far!

GBI have been using Pandia health for… I have been using Pandia health for about a year now and I absolutely love how helpful everyone is. Bettina was an absolute gem! She got back to me so quickly and answered all my questions ! Definitely recommend using Pandia Health it’s a game changer !

GBAdjustments are EASY! I needed to adjust the date of my refill for birth control and was able to accomplish this with a simple, quick live chat with Merry, who was incredibly helpful. The changes were updated immediately and I was back on track within minutes of initiating a chat. This service is so easy and flexible. They are incredibly responsive.
