USGreat overall service Pandia Health's customer service is top notch! I've been using their service to get birth control for a couple of months now and they make it super convenient. All the staff I spoke with were very polite and considerate. I recently came across insurance issues and Quiza was able to help me figure out what the problem was with ease. USI used to use the subscription serviceā¦ I used to use the subscription service from Nurx and their customer service was not the best. Today I was able to talk to a live person, get my answers immediately, and Karen was able to help me with all my questions and concerns. I am very happy I made the choice to switch who I was using. I was nervous that I would get the same customer service again, but I am amazed at how amazing she was and patient she was with me and all my questions.
