GBWas trying to get set up for menopause… Was trying to get set up for menopause care. What a joke! Would not let me do anything. Chat was uneventful. My chat person disappeared and the lady on the phone could not really answer my question. I created an account with FB, and it just l ft he hanging. Do not waste your time persuing this!

GBGreat overall service Pandia Health's customer service is top notch! I've been using their service to get birth control for a couple of months now and they make it super convenient. All the staff I spoke with were very polite and considerate. I recently came across insurance issues and Quiza was able to help me figure out what the problem was with ease. Very grateful for their staff! Highly recommend!

GBGreat customer service experience I haven't been using them long enough to rate long term service, however my experience with their patient care team was very positive. I did an online chat, which was immediately picked up (no hold), she was able to pull up my info and help straighten out an issue with my profile quickly, as well as message my doctor and get my prescription expedited. Very positive experience, so far!
