Dad was very pleased with his appointment Dad at appointment to have his ears sorted as we suspected they were compacted. He couldn't have been more pleased with his experience here. Said the service was excellent, staff were friendly and they did a great job. Getting an appointment was really straightforward. He was very pleased with it all, and as a bonus he can hear a little bit better now. He's still fairly deaf but his ear canal is sparkling clean.

Really bad ear I had a really bad ear and Bridget perseveered with it and eventually got the wax out she wouldnt give up , she was friendly and talked all the time letting me know what was happening. I now have my hearing back i carnt thank her enough.
