Really bad ear I had a really bad ear and Bridget perseveered with it and eventually got the wax out she wouldnt give up , she was friendly and talked all the time letting me know what was happening. I now have my hearing back i carnt thank her enough.

Excellent Speedy Service Excellent service, Bridget explained the procedure in full and kept me well informed during the process which was quick and painless even though I had hard ear wax present. It was 20 years since my last visit to the doctors to have this done so I was very surprised by the latest technology. Perfect service Incredible service! I had my ears blocked up and have been stressing for weeks and so I booked this appointment terrified of anything going into my ears, when I went in I didn’t wait at all, Kara was unbelievably polite and put me at ease, she got to it straight away telling me everything she was doing as she did it and it was painless and fast! Would 100% recommend as I’ve never heard so well in my life!! Full 5 stars because it was perfect service✨
