The extra mile I am a regular and have always had excellent service previously with with Zoe and more recently with Kara. Yesterday was no different, the usual friendly and efficient expereience but this time Kara went the extra mile. I had foolishly not removed my hearing aid while putting olive oil in that morning and it had stopped working. No problem, Kara got out her bag of tools and 5 minutes later it was back to normal. Thank you Kara.

At the appointment Kara is always welcoming, caring and professional! She does a really good job and I have no issues at all about booking in the future!

Really bad ear I had a really bad ear and Bridget perseveered with it and eventually got the wax out she wouldnt give up , she was friendly and talked all the time letting me know what was happening. I now have my hearing back i carnt thank her enough.

Excellent Speedy Service Excellent service, Bridget explained the procedure in full and kept me well informed during the process which was quick and painless even though I had hard ear wax present. It was 20 years since my last visit to the doctors to have this done so I was very surprised by the latest technology. I have no hesitation in recommending these professionals and I look forward to more regular visits. Pricing was also very reasonable which was an added bonus, well done and thank you. Mike
