What a relief! I've been putting off getting my card because I thought it would be a huge hassle, and I didn't know how things worked. Once I was approved and registered with the state, I still didn't really know what I was doing, so when I reached out through chat, Jane was there to help me. One star is an overstatement One star is an overstatement. They charge you all this money and can't even do their job right. I was charged $200 to renew my certification months before it expired. Had my appointment the doctor said I was good to go and renewed my certification and said he'd get it sent over. A few months later I got my email from the state reminding my card was close to expiring in 30 days I paid them that night so my card would come in before my card expired so I wouldn't have any interruptions. Well my card expired my new one never came in it has been about 4 weeks since I paid it I checked the state website to find out the doctor from veriheal never sent it to the state like he stated so now I have been fighting with veriheal for 5 days now trying to resolve an issue that should of never been an issue especially with the prices they charge. I can't even get an answer as to why it was never sent over in the first place. I will not be going through them again. I do not recommend to anyone
