Smooth and Professional I went to sign up for a card a did a video confrense with Dr. Luis Mertins. We had a very pleasant conversation about what was going to be needed and how to proceed. At the end of our conversation, I was confident in knowing that him and his staff would do all hey could to accommodate me. By end of the same day I was approved, within a week I had my temporary license and within a month my permanent license. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and to let me know they were here if needed. Could never tell them how much they have helped me and changed my life.
