Application with state never approved I applied for my marijuana card through Veriheal, did the physician telephone interview, registered and filled out the forms with Illinois website and after over 2 months - nothing. The state website which I registered says stsus initial application and status as awaiting certification. Call to Veriheal and live chat was unproductive. Just a run around and the same information I originally had on applying OK, turns out that the Illinois cannabis card website is incompatible with smartphones, so some buttons don't show up. Went to website on computer and made payment. Website is not user friendly at all.
