Excellent care from Cesile at Las Vegas location My family and I were very impressed by the quality of service we received from Cesile at your Las Vegas location on Flamingo Blvd. We were all very anxious about our testing and the timeline of required turnaround of results prior to catching our flight back to Canada. Cesile was very accommodating, pleasant and professional, and she made us feel confident in your services. She not only was meticulous in doing our testing but provided our results in as timely a manner as she promised. Very kind staff We got stuck in traffic and were a little late. We were so worried that we would have to reschedule. The staff were so kind and understanding. What we expected would be an unpleasant experience ended up to be very pleasant because of the kindness and professionality of the staff.

I don’t understand all the negative… I don’t understand all the negative reviews. We needed a test before taking a cruise. They were clean, professional and the test results came in 15-20 minutes as promised. The results came via email so we went to FedEx to get the printed copies we needed for the cruise line. No problems.

I would give this a no star if I could I would give this a no star if I could. I have been trying to cancel a Covid appointment that I have coming up and obtain my refund of $89. I have tried the chat, email, phone multiple times. I can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone. Even though the website states under policies that your cancelation/refund is immediate, within 3 days, it has been over a month for me with several different answers, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks again, Nov 7, Nothing! There cancelation says click on the link, I clicked on the cancel link and it gives you no way to cancel your appointment. SCAM ALERT!!!
