GBBad experience I am not sure why there are so many good reviews. This company is not transparent. I did not receive the tests I ordered. After contacting them and they assured me they will send them. After only 2 more tests out of the 8 ordered were sent to me, they told me their protocol was not to send out all of the orders in one go, but instead partially send the order every few weeks. I do not recall this being on their website and they were not able to point me to where on the website this is stated

GBI don’t understand all the negative… I don’t understand all the negative reviews. We needed a test before taking a cruise. They were clean, professional and the test results came in 15-20 minutes as promised. The results came via email so we went to FedEx to get the printed copies we needed for the cruise line. No problems.

GBReceived a false positive test that… Received a false positive test that almost had me grounded from my flight to St Martin. Had no symptoms at all. Went to another lab the next morning and review e negative result. Can false positives happen? Yes, but they have no procedure for review or retesting and no way to contact for help after the fact. Not reliable!

JPFast Test Express Service Fast Test office was clean and the reception staff was courteous. The testing process was fast because the reception staff and the laboratory technician were the same people. The test was done in minutes and I received the test results within 3 hours as promised. Thank you for the fast service. I was able to travel back to my work in Japan.
