Bad experience I am not sure why there are so many good reviews. This company is not transparent. I did not receive the tests I ordered. After contacting them and they assured me they will send them. After only 2 more tests out of the 8 ordered were sent to me, they told me their protocol was not to send out all of the orders in one go, but instead partially send the order every few weeks. I do not recall this being on their website and they were not able to point me to where on the website this is stated

Fast Test Now to the rescue! I had a rapid test at CVS the day before my flight home from Las Vegas. They promised results in 2-4 hours... but my results never arrived and there was no way to contact anyone. In a panic, I searched the web for another option and found Fast Test Now. I was able to book an appointment for early the next morning. The online booking system was easy to use, the location was convenient, my nurse was really personable, the test was done quickly, and I had my results within 30 minutes... just in time to check-in!

Very kind staff We got stuck in traffic and were a little late. We were so worried that we would have to reschedule. The staff were so kind and understanding. What we expected would be an unpleasant experience ended up to be very pleasant because of the kindness and professionality of the staff.

Fast Test Express Service Fast Test office was clean and the reception staff was courteous. The testing process was fast because the reception staff and the laboratory technician were the same people. The test was done in minutes and I received the test results within 3 hours as promised. Thank you for the fast service. I was able to travel back to my work in Japan.
