Southampton Team - I cannot thank you enough! I have been attending Lucinda Ellery, Southampton for 5 years now and had my third complete system fitted recently. Amazing Southampton team! 🤗 I have been going to the Southampton salon for years now and the customer service is always second to none. The manager Paoulo is always so helpful and friendly-nothing is to much trouble. I usually see Cydni for my appointments-she is so knowledgeable and friendly and knows exactly how I like my hair without me even saying anything! The whole Southampton team are fantastic, they are always so warm and welcoming. The level of knowledge and and expertise they have is exceptional-there’s nothing they don’t know about hair loss 🤗

Individual and thoughtful service I have been going to Lucinda Ellery for a couple of years now and had a new system fitted yesterday in the Edinburgh salon. The bespoke nature of the way Darren built the intralace and the colour and styling by Channon (I hope I have spelt her name right), left me feeling so good about my hair. I often cry happy tears when I look in… I often cry happy tears when I look in the mirror… the Bristol team changed my life … the difference in my mental health as well as physical look is beyond all expectations. Southampton you are amazing! I always love my appointments at the Lucinda Ellery Studio in Southampton – Paulo and team are just fabulous, so friendly, attentive and I always come away with a great cut that last like new until the next one.
