I have had a parting system for FFA which gives a fantastic result , it has needed a couple of minor adjustments over the years and these have always been dealt with great care and consideration . GBReally disappointing approach when things go wrong When these folks get it right the system is fantastic and looks wonderful. Unfortunately, as with anything in life, it sometimes goes wrong. This is where Lucida Ellery needs to really up their game. We have experienced 2 or 3 horrible faulty parts problems. The instinct of Lucida Ellery is to deny, reject and avoid the problem and not standing by the quality of their product or service. They know there are very few options for women who need their unique hair solution, and they seem to treat their patrons accordingly. I hope the day comes that my wife no longer needs their service - I much prefer to deal with a company who stands with their customer - not against them.

ESGreat system but expensive. LE Intralace system changed my life! Edinburgh branch people are absolutely lovely and caring! I am struggling with the cost though as it is very expensive to start with and ‘aftercare’ cost can give some surprises cost wise as I don’t always understand what has been added and what has been changed. I hope I can afford to continue with LE as I would be totally lost now if I didn’t have the Intralace system.

GBI do wish I had read these reviews… I do wish I had read these reviews before embarking on my 2nd attempt at having a Lucinda Ellery System. They refunded the initial outlay of the first system which combined with the 10 Years Younger programme re-ignited my belief in the blurb. The staff in Bristol & London were very kind. After many visits the system was refined to an acceptable standard. However, professional maintenance was required to keep it wearable. Had this been mentioned at the outset I would never have gone down the LE route. Finally, the front & side mesh wore away after 2 weeks & only 3 washes. I did not return to LE as it would obviously have been 'my fault' (& part of the repeat business plan). I reverted back to my off-the-peg wigs which everyone admires, can be customised & cost less than £200! However, I'm now awaiting a new custom made wig which includes regular maintenance. Report to follow (when C19 allows fitting).
