Really disappointing approach when things go wrong When these folks get it right the system is fantastic and looks wonderful. Unfortunately, as with anything in life, it sometimes goes wrong. This is where Lucida Ellery needs to really up their game. We have experienced 2 or 3 horrible faulty parts problems. The instinct of Lucida Ellery is to deny, reject and avoid the problem and not standing by the quality of their product or service. They know there are very few options for women who need their unique hair solution, and they seem to treat their patrons accordingly. I hope the day comes that my wife no longer needs their service - I much prefer to deal with a company who stands with their customer - not against them.

Individual and thoughtful service I have been going to Lucinda Ellery for a couple of years now and had a new system fitted yesterday in the Edinburgh salon. The bespoke nature of the way Darren built the intralace and the colour and styling by Channon (I hope I have spelt her name right), left me feeling so good about my hair.
