GBExpensive and poor customer service I was first put on an expensive plan to have no noticeable changes. Now I am suppsoed to be starting actual TRT, but only the medications have arrived. None of the supplies needed for TRT have been shipped. For paying over $1000 in the last 6 months, I'm starting to feel like this not the company for me.

GBEveryone is extremely fast to respond… Everyone is extremely fast to respond to any emails, and any slight hiccups are made right quickly. I appreciate that they monitor way more than just testosterone, and will provide guidance on general health if oddities are noticed in your blood work.

GBEventually got it worked out ETA again: Wellcore confirmed that they don't have a customer support phone number. Only email or text. Had a consultation and ultimately decided I'm not a good candidate. There were 4 people in the call and the discussion was thorough and friendly. Overall the experience was good and I can recommend their service. They also refunded my cost for the test kit because it took so long to arrive.They say they are working on some issues from their test kit supplier. ETA: Got a text from someone who helped me with shipping. Consultation scheduled. Will update. I ordered the test kit on 10/8/23. It was delivered on 11/17 Test results were posted on 11/22. I tried to schedule my consultation, but it doesn't show up on the website. I have sent repeated messages to 'contact us' with no response. I can't find a customer support number on the website. I've pretty much lost confidence in this company's ability to follow through on their commitments.

GBAbsolute Game Changer! This program has been an absolute game changer for me. As a 39-year old woman, I never thought I'd be entering peri-menopause but getting my hormones tested with the Wellcore program finally gave me the answers that I couldn't get from my PCP.
