Expensive and poor customer service I was first put on an expensive plan to have no noticeable changes. Now I am suppsoed to be starting actual TRT, but only the medications have arrived. None of the supplies needed for TRT have been shipped. For paying over $1000 in the last 6 months, I'm starting to feel like this not the company for me.

Give his touch a chance and just relax and you'll feel the magic happen. Thank you so much Chad if you're reading this you're so amazing and knowledgeable. I learn something new every time and he's even suggested books for me to read. A-mazing!

The medical folks here are awesome The medical folks here are awesome, very helpful and always recommending slight tweaks to improve quality of life, but I'm doing a disservice if I don't call out the phenomenal customer service (Shout out to Brent and Valerie), every time I have had a question/concern, they are always FAST to respond. Hell, they even replied same day to a question I put in during a holiday week with the expectation that I'd hear back the next business day.
