Expensive and poor customer service I was first put on an expensive plan to have no noticeable changes. Now I am suppsoed to be starting actual TRT, but only the medications have arrived. None of the supplies needed for TRT have been shipped. For paying over $1000 in the last 6 months, I'm starting to feel like this not the company for me.

A Breath of Fresh Air I cannot fully articulate how thoughtful this experience is compared to several other versions of HRT that I have used in the past.
