I had a sudden allergic reaction on my face and couldn't be seen by my dermatologist for a few weeks & my face was getting more and more irritated i made appointment with doc bright within 24 hours I was picking up my prescription It was simple & took no time at all just a few pictures. I was very happy with Dr. Kimberly Werner she is thorough and friendly & even addressed my hormonal acne. I will be recommending her for sure.

The doctor was extremely thorough and kind, and I loved that he followed up with me with a very detailed and helpful email considering my treatment plan. Follow up: three weeks in, and I have found the Dr. and staff to still be very helpful via email and phone. I feel very safe and definitely looked after here.

The website is misleading The website is misleading. It states: "How It Works: Submit your dermatology symptoms and get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions by this time tomorrow." But this is simply not an honest representation. If the MD feels like saying, "We need your vitals, so you need an in-person appointment," then they've broken their promise. I do understand that an MD's saying that is reasonable sometimes. What is not reasonable is that the website makes a promise it can't keep, takes your money, and then does nothing for you.
