I had a sudden allergic reaction on my face and couldn't be seen by my dermatologist for a few weeks & my face was getting more and more irritated i made appointment with doc bright within 24 hours I was picking up my prescription It was simple & took no time at all just a few pictures. GBNo Response to Emails, Can't Pick Up Medication I'm disappointed because I really wanted this to work. I submitted a consultation and paid the fee. As promised, within 24 hours one of the dermatologists Dr. Chacon emailed me a treatment plan and sent the rx to my pharmacy. That's when the problem began. The pharmacy needed her approval for a 90-day supply of one medication. After a few days, the med still wasn't approved, so I replied to Dr. Chacon's email and let her know (the treatment plan says I can reply directly to the email). After a few days, still no response so I emailed careteam at docbright.com to request some help. Still no response. I haven't been able to pick up the meds that are available because it would void the money back guarantee. I wanted to warn others about my poor experience with DocBright.

INFinally our desires have been met Finally our desires have been met, I would like to say that for along time we have been looking for the medial institution that would do what we wanted at the right time.DocBright is here with us to help in solving such cases. GBThis was an awesome experience This was an awesome experience. Personally had Dr Mitchell Mandel from NY. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very available for questions. In the end he addressed all of my concerns and did so with wonderful bedside manner. I’m personally a nurse and thoroughly researched my situation, and even then he asked all the right questions and unearthed concerns I wasn’t even aware of. Overall great experience.

GBNo replies after billing After billing, no replies to emails I've sent to the Dr and the general customer service email addys. This has been going on 3 months now. DocBright replies on here immediately to reviews claiming "We haven't received any email correspondence" or "check your spam folder". After a dozen unanswered emails I filled out the form again and they called in a different medicine. I email again two more times asking about the correct medicine... 3 months, no replies, no help.
