GB5 star experience My experience was awesome from start to finish. No hidden fees. My doctor replied very promptly and it was a personalized response...not just some generic copy/paste reply. My meds were sent to my pharmacy immediately and her treatment plan was spot on. Will be using again!

GBNo replies after billing After billing, no replies to emails I've sent to the Dr and the general customer service email addys. This has been going on 3 months now. DocBright replies on here immediately to reviews claiming "We haven't received any email correspondence" or "check your spam folder". After a dozen unanswered emails I filled out the form again and they called in a different medicine. I email again two more times asking about the correct medicine... 3 months, no replies, no help.
