Interesting niche so that people… Interesting niche so that people answering do not have to answer a call to a plumber on one call and a lawyer the next. It makes for a more seemless answering service.

Answering Legal has been a great… Answering Legal has been a great service provider. Calls are promptly directed to my cell and clients are easily "patched in". If I am unable to answer the call, the service sends both an email and text with all needed information. The folks answering the calls are polite and well spoken. Happy with this service!

Three times they over charged me and… Three times they over charged me and ran unauthorized charges on my credit card. Unresponsive and unhelpful tech support. Sub par messages. Direct quote from a Judge calling into my office once it was finally transferred "Your phone service is horrible". Oh, and just after getting a call with the owner, Robert, he told me he was bringing up all of the recorded phone calls - SURPRISE! First time I heard of this- that's illegal in the State of Maryland where our firm is based out of and if he's recording phone calls from my office this is a HUGE PROBLEM.
