Use Smiles computer model without worry! I have gotten retainers from Sporting Smiles for years. This order I was really happy I could mail my mold in and have them keep it on file as a computer model, so I never have to mail the old mold in again or wait for it to fall apart! It's been years since I had braces, so I wasn't sure if my teeth had flexed with an old retainer. The Essex Plus was a tight fit day 1, by day 2 it felt entirely natural again. Easy new retainers I’ve ordered retainers from sporting smiles several times. Keeping my impressions on file for life was a great idea. Although they wear out (I grind my teeth) in about a year, they are much cheaper than what I would get from the dentist or via insurance and they work exactly the same. It’s very convenient to order online for me and I never have to take impressions for the retainers again. (Also the original experience of taking the impressions was quite easy).

Brittle Retainers, Terrible Customer Service Though the Essex trays they send you look the same as the ones you get from your dental office, they definitely do not hold up over time! Both sets of trays I got from my dental office lasted for years and are still usable. The two sets I got from this company are both trash after one year. If you have any sort of problem that requires you to contact customer service, you'll be greatly disappointed! They don't care and don't even bother to apologize!
