Great, Affordable Replacement Aligners I've ordered twice now from SportingSmiles and I've had no problems. I actually prefer their PLUS retainers to the one I received from my ortho because it's thicker and less likely to crack/break. I sent them my molds from my ortho and they sent me the retainers; it does take a few weeks to process. The only issue I had with the retainers is that I wish the top are contoured to the shape of my teeth like invisalign rather than just straight across, but that's more of a preference as it does not impact the functionality.

Their service is always prompt and their price can't really be beat when you consider they also produce a quality product. I've since had my imprint on file with them and will continue to purchase from them for all my retainer needs.

Ripoff and Horrible Customer Service Bought bleach trays. They aren't scalloped which means the bleach BURNS the gums so badly they cannot be used. Sent a note to their "warranty" department. Liz sent a canned email response about retainers that had nothing to do with the message sent to her. The company would NOT accept a return, repair them, or replace them. They brand of bleach is disgusting. It bubbles up in the trays. Any decent teeth bleach is a GEL not a foaming mess. AVOID at all costs.

Super disappointed I sent my impressions in years ago and the retainers fit snug/the way they should..just reordered twice for loose fitting retainers and they still are putting my teeth out of alignment. Hope I can help someone save time and money by not going through this company

Brittle Retainers, Terrible Customer Service Though the Essex trays they send you look the same as the ones you get from your dental office, they definitely do not hold up over time! Both sets of trays I got from my dental office lasted for years and are still usable. The two sets I got from this company are both trash after one year. If you have any sort of problem that requires you to contact customer service, you'll be greatly disappointed! They don't care and don't even bother to apologize!
