They have a simple step by step guide and video on making your impressions at the comfort of your home! Customer service is amazing and I was so happy to receive my mouth guard! The cool thing about Sporting Smiles is that they have different options for mouth guards based on what youre looking for and comfort level. I’m currently re-ordering more since they have the file of your impressions up to one year!!!

Love them!! I love using sporting smiles for my retainer needs! They definitely have a customer for life! They are affordable, easy to use, and even more amazing now my impressions are saved in their data base which makes reordering a breeze! I love ordering from them. I always get the premium retainers and buy a few to have at my parents’ house, boyfriend’s house, etc. as back ups. Super useful!

Cheap Material They take a long time to process your moulds to make them into retainers. My impressions were rejected 3 times, then I called them because I was biting into the moulds via the instructions properly and had them approved. Probably a money steal for them. My upper retainer broke and it hasn't even been a full year, cheap material. They wouldn't offer a replacement and wanted me to pay $45 for another set when it's their quality issue.
