I had an issue with my delivery recently but the customer services team were amazing (especially Jessica) and a replacement was sorted really quickly. Overall I am really impressed with the company and strips. I will be ordering again

Amazing! Amazing, I was dubious but order received within a couple of days and there was an instant whitening with the first application. I got the 35% Opulence and it didn’t even hurt my gums. I had just paid £280 to the dentist for custom trays and 4 syringes that I’ve been using for 2 hours a night for 2 months and no change! So grateful to this company thank you so much 😊

Brilliant customer service I have been using these for years on and off and the difference in my teeth is unbelievable. I only need to use a pack every now and then to ensure they stay white. So easy to use too. I recently purchased some more strips and unfortunately, these were not delivered as the tracking confirmed. Customer services were brilliant, they resolved this matter within days and arranged a new pack to be sent out, which I now have.

I regularly buy my whitening strips… I regularly buy my whitening strips from home teeth whitening. Originally thought it was a gamble as I had not heard of them but have had no problems. Always fast delivery, excellent communication and whitening strips genuine and keeping my teeth lovely and white. I recommended a few friends who also now buy from them. I actually cannot fault them HTW, thank you ☺️

Be Warned My experience with this company has been awful and will never purchase from them again. I wasn’t fully refunded for a delivery that they advised me to refuse receipt of. I’d realised that I’d made a mistake with my order and immediately contacted them via the chat bot and contact form to cancel it but they ignored and dispatched it anyway. I received a reply the following day from “Jessica” at Customer Services advising me to refuse delivery and to let them know if I chose to do this and they would then refund when they received it back from the Post Office. This is what I did but no refund was made at all until I chased it up. I’ve just been refunded by my bank for the balance that wasn’t refunded by the company, but I had to raise a dispute to do this. I sent numerous emails to their Customer Services prior to this and sent a complaint, which I received no reply to. I urge anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to think twice about it. I suspect that they are not based in the UK as the payee details on my bank statement show Teethwhite Abu Dhabi.
