GBBe Warned My experience with this company has been awful and will never purchase from them again. I wasn’t fully refunded for a delivery that they advised me to refuse receipt of. I’d realised that I’d made a mistake with my order and immediately contacted them via the chat bot and contact form to cancel it but they ignored and dispatched it anyway. I received a reply the following day from “Jessica” at Customer Services advising me to refuse delivery and to let them know if I chose to do this and they would then refund when they received it back from the Post Office. This is what I did but no refund was made at all until I chased it up. I’ve just been refunded by my bank for the balance that wasn’t refunded by the company, but I had to raise a dispute to do this. I sent numerous emails to their Customer Services prior to this and sent a complaint, which I received no reply to. I urge anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to think twice about it. I suspect that they are not based in the UK as the payee details on my bank statement show Teethwhite Abu Dhabi.

GBExcellent service from this company Excellent service from this company. First time user, I usually use another company shipping from outside the UK. The product I like ‘PolarDay 35%’, at a great price - delivered the NEXT day. Can’t fault and will definitely use again.

GBI regularly buy my whitening strips… I regularly buy my whitening strips from home teeth whitening. Originally thought it was a gamble as I had not heard of them but have had no problems. Always fast delivery, excellent communication and whitening strips genuine and keeping my teeth lovely and white. I recommended a few friends who also now buy from them. I actually cannot fault them HTW, thank you ☺️

GBA change shipping address function which doesn’t work - what’s the point? I made my first ever order, and when I double clicked to pay on Apple Pay, it set to the last used shipping address, which was my 96 year old Grandmother who lives in London (3.5 hours from me). Within 50 seconds of placing the order, I went onto the website and clicked on ‘change shipping address’ - I also sent about 4/5 emails and messages over the space of 5 hours to the website asking for them to update my address asap please. I then get a notification saying my parcel had been shipped… but to the incorrect address! I contacted them again and explained the issue and asked if they could cancel the shipment or as a gesture of goodwill send the parcel back to my address - after all, I used the ‘change shipping address’ function within ONE MINUTE! And so my argument was why offer a function to change shipping address when it’s nul and void and doesn’t work? I had a response back saying could I ask my 96 year old granny to go to the post office and send it to me… well, considering she’s house bound and almost blind, the answer was no. I asked again if as a one off they could send the strips to me in the post, they were £33 worth of product so not a great amount considering that if the service was brilliant/understanding of the situation, I would probably place more orders in the future. However, I haven’t even received a courtesy response and have been ignored… then I get this email asking for a review 😅 will I order from you again? No. Is the service on offer up to scratch? No. Having just received a really empathetic, compassionate response which ended with “If your 96 grandmother has no health care, no relatives visiting or no one at all taking care of her then please do feel free to get in touch again so we can post your grandmother a gift for being left alone with no support at 96 years of age.” - I’ve now made a formal complaint with the Local Trading Standards Officer - what a wild, inflammatory thing to say. Of course she has wrap around care, but I won’t be ringing her carers up, who are already maxed out and stressed to the eyeballs as it is, and say ‘hey, I know you barely have enough time for even a cup of tea between clients, but would you mind popping to the post office for me as the company I ordered from has a faulty ‘change of address function’ which means Granny has a 20 pack of teeth whitening strips sat somewhere in her post?’. It’s evident you are totally detached from reality - instead of your suggestion of sending a 96 year old a gift of teeth whitening products (!!), why not just resend me my order? It's crucial to control your own emotions in customer services, yet you’ve decided to make disgusting, inflammatory comments which actually amounts to gross misconduct. I’ll leave it with the Trading Officer now unless there is some suitable remedy from yourselves.
