Genuine, super fast postage, great business to deal with I have used this company for my teeth whitening strips for the last year, the strips themselves I am already aware work as I have bought from other companies prior to finding home teeth whitening. I wanted to write this review more so for the efficiency of this company and it's postage. The item arrives always within a couple of days but mostly next day, even when ordered late afternoon the previous day. I belive this is how companies should run their businesses but in this day and age things don't arrive for days and I'm always kept waiting even if iv used next day delivery. Sadly my ‘delivered’ order didn’t arrive but the aftercare from Jessica was very responsive and I received a replacement order within 48 hours! Brilliant service thank you. I had an issue with my delivery recently but the customer services team were amazing (especially Jessica) and a replacement was sorted really quickly.
