Issues with Prescriptions The service was fine even with the wait. The reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because of the prescription process. After stating where i wanted the prescription sent twice it was still sent to the wrong pharmacy and to one that wasn't open when I arrived anyways. There was a risk of infection without antibiotics and even after calling back to have it changed, it took to the next morning to get it fixed. The dentist did not alert me to the change back and I wasted more time going between pharmacies.

Fast, but expensive with some errors Fast dental work done on a filling that came out, but expensive. Also, when shaping the new filling, the hygienist slipped and the drill gashed my lip. I understand mistakes happen, and due to the numbing I couldn't feel it. Just paying 400 dollars for a filling AND walking away with a bloody gashed lip isn't really that great. So if you need a filling immediately, this place is fine, otherwise find somewhere else.

I feel like they just want to extract… I feel like they just want to extract any tooth that's giving you trouble so they can rack up the expense. They give you the bare minimum of instructions and while most of the staff is very nice, this is a business to make money and nothing else. If you have an emergency and cannot get into a regular dentist then these places are the way to go but open up that pocketbook!! Find a regular dentist, ask them if they handle emergencies during off hours and go that route!

One of the worst experiences of my… One of the worst experiences of my life.. Let me drive home on pain medicine. Called prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy. Didnt call all the prescriptions I was told I would be on into any pharmacy. Staff the next day refused to see me or hear the issues I was having. Told me I was lying and hung up. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I called left a message for the office manager Brad. Have still 8 days later not received a call back from him . Absolutely horrifying

Well done Easy to find, register & short wait. New, clean office with modern equipment & friendly staff. They accept most insurance & handled my issue professionally, telling me what the problem was & my options to repair the broken tooth without pressuring me into high cost, time-intense, complicated procedures. I have a huge fear of Dentists & I Definitely recommend!
