DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were under 'Your Smile Direct' and have now partnered with Alignerly (or essentially rebranded themselves to get away from their fraudulent activity). They took me on as a new customer in April- knowing they were going into liquidation in July (they had over £4mil in debt so they knew...). They charged me £1200 and led me on for four months. I never received a product, and they still haven't bothered to tell any customer about their liquidation. NO NO NO. The worst part was their lying staff who were so sweet over the phone. I'm looking at you Jessica Murray- you really shouldn't be hired anywhere else again. Disgraceful.

If it was possible to give 0 I would If it was possible to give 0 I would! One is too generous! This company who is formally Your Smile Direct is a joke! I’ve had my aligners 3 years! Last time I saw my dentist they said that I should not have gone there! They said it was a short term fix! Which I completely understand! As I said, this is coming up to my 4th year, if I don’t wear my aligner every night my teeth shift! I emailed them to see if I could get a new retainer but the company has shifted and the email was never received! I would avoid at all costs! Please go through your dentist and get professional work instead of using this company!

I received a full refund today... Despite being clearly conned into paying £299 three weeks ago for my treatment, and having received no contact from them after making said payment (despite constant calls and emails). Today I received a full refund. So they are possibly working their way through.

Previously Your Smile Direct Previously Your Smile Direct. Cannot get in touch with them. Emails keep bouncing back and phone line disconnected. Half way through my aligner treatment, paid up front for aligners, retainer and teeth whitening. Not yet at the point where I need the retainer and the teeth whitening but now that Your Smile Direct has gone into liquidation I highly doubt I'll be receiving those. I initially paid with my credit card and have submitted a dispute form with all the details. I also included a link to this forum so I suggest you do the same. Still waiting to hear back from the bank and I'll keep you all updated as to whether I can claw back anything

These guys were Your Smile Direct These guys were Your Smile Direct, set up by the same guy. YSD went into liquidation Leaving thousands of customers with thousands of pounds lost and no way to receive a refund. All communication has been cut. Don’t trust as far as you can throw them!
