Very simple process Very simple process. I like that I do not have to take samples to the health department. On my last test I had a different water issue and the technicians helped me to understand my problem and offered suggestions to take care of it.

Excellent Water Quality Service Overall, very happy with the Tap Score process. Many detection options are offered and the reports are very detailed. The collection process is simple and non-technical. I've recommended Tap Score to friends. My one wish is that the "basic" tests were a bit more affordable. It would be nice to be able to do multiple lead tests, for example, for a more budget friendly price. There are lots of variables in water testing, and it can get expensive really quickly if you want to do multiple samples. One test is not necessarily enough to detect a problem.

Straightforward, easy process and good customer service The process for testing is very straightforward and the web site is very easy to use. In addition, I encountered a problem bringing up my status for a test, and I contacted them via chat. The response was immediate, and after some discussion and some screenshots, it was addressed the same day. It was real humans, no chatbots or having to jump through hoops to get to an answer.

"Simple Lab" - Makes Lab Results Simple to Understand I am the caretaker for a Class B water system in Washington state. We test our water every two years and the results are vitally important to nine households. In the past I have used a local lab. They are technically quite competent and reliable but the results are not very "user friendly." Compiling a report for dissemination to the water system members was tedious and time consuming. This year I had Simple Lab analyze our water and I could not be more pleased. From start to finish the process was "Simple" (pun intended) to use but with robust and multi-tiered informational support. The analyses required are chosen from a menu of options. The selections range from a single item to well-explained "packages." For me(us) the basic "Well Water" compilation was perfect. It was more complete and nearly half the cost compared to our previous lab. Simple Labs out-sources the actual analysis. They are partnered with a vast network of fully certified and accredited facilities across the U.S. and they unequivocally guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the results. Other reviewers have adequately detailed the smooth and easy logistics: - prompt delivery of well-packaged collection containers, - clear, concise directions, - mailing label and prepaid postage for return in the same container. It simply could not be easier. The presentation of results is where Simple Lab truly exceeded my expectations. Their Tap Score web site is beautifully crafted and exceptionally user-friendly. The basic information is clear, concise and easy to interpret. Simple Lab "flag" items that they feel warrant further explanation, but ALL of the results have links to additional information. A simple drop-down menu allows the application of different regulatory benchmarks (federal MCL, federal MCLG, etc.). In addition, there is easily accessible information on various water treatment options; how the assessment profile might effect "aesthetics" (odor and taste) and plumbing; and much more. The "depth" of the web site is truly impressive. All of this information is easily downloaded and can be shared with others via a secure link. The final element that adds sparkle to this five-star review is Robin, the customer service representative. I had a nerdy-type question concerning the size of the local well-water comparison group and sent off an e-mail with little expectation that it would actually be answered. I could not have been more wrong. Within minutes I received a response from Robin. She is an absolute delight -- efficient, personable, and tenaciously reliable. She explained that she needed to contact another department to answer my question and that might take some "persistence" but she WOULD get back to me within a week. Much to my surprise, that is precisely what occurred. Our brief e-mail exchange convinced me that Robin is the perfect person for the customer support role. If you have questions or needs they WILL be dealt with in a timely and pleasant manner. Those of you who routinely research products and services online are likely familiar with "Wirecutter" -- the N.Y. Times review arm -- which is how I discovered Simple Lab / Tap Score. I can't recall ever disagreeing with a Wirecutter recommendation and this is certainly no exception. Simple Lab is unequivocally a Five Star company.

Process was painless. Process was painless. Questions were quickly answered online, got the packages quickly, testing was simple, and the results and recommendations were great. We will be implementing the suggestions from our results soon! Seriously was a breeze, and worth the peace of mind.
