Anyone can follow the instructions to gather samples and send them off for testing. I actually prefer the customer to send offf their own tests so they feel involved in the process of providing better water for their household. I highly recommend tap score for all they can do!

When I got my test results I was very… When I got my test results I was very surprised to see fluoride at over 5 ppm as we are on a well. After speaking with several local water experts it was even stranger as flouride is very uncommon in our area. The water was retested and showed flouride at 1.5ppm. So I'm not totally sure what to make of this but I have questions about the accuracy of my test results.
