GBExcellent Company I am so pleased with the service I received from Tap Score. I had problems with bacteria in my well water, and Tap Score was able to identify it so I could treat my water accordingly. Kelly was also very responsive and helpful. Kelly went above and beyond to help me get the answers that I needed. Excellent company with excellent ethics.

GBI have used this service twice now with… I have used this service twice now with two years in between testing. The companies testing and reporting is extremely thorough and trustworthy. Our first test two years ago showed no issues with our private well, which was very good news. However, as anyone knows, your water quality can change over time and our second test two years later showed trace amounts of arsenic! I am grateful for this companies testing capabilities and reputation! I will certainly be using them is the future as well!

GBStraightforward, easy process and good customer service The process for testing is very straightforward and the web site is very easy to use. In addition, I encountered a problem bringing up my status for a test, and I contacted them via chat. The response was immediate, and after some discussion and some screenshots, it was addressed the same day. It was real humans, no chatbots or having to jump through hoops to get to an answer.

GBSimplicity is the main thing I like and… Simplicity is the main thing I like and after that, very informative when it comes to details on tests and then the customer service is right there with the rest, I am quite happy with this company. I also appreciate the amount of testing that is available.

GBEasy test of critical info Easy to test, fast and thorough answers. I was surprised that the bathroom showed lead in the water but not the kitchen, of my NYC apartment building - however, on the 2nd test of the kitchen and this time with the recommended carbon block filter, the kitchen also showed lead in the water. In an old Bronx building, it is well known to have the problem so the question is: why didn't the lead show up initially?
