GBI'm obsessed with this website I'm obsessed with this website. I've literally tested all water sources before I drink them, including Hydroviv, Life Source, RO, Smart Water, etc. I really like their report layout and I've been really satisfied. I've also chatted with their support a few times, and the person I spoke with was helpful.

GBExcellent Water Quality Service Overall, very happy with the Tap Score process. Many detection options are offered and the reports are very detailed. The collection process is simple and non-technical. I've recommended Tap Score to friends. My one wish is that the "basic" tests were a bit more affordable. It would be nice to be able to do multiple lead tests, for example, for a more budget friendly price. There are lots of variables in water testing, and it can get expensive really quickly if you want to do multiple samples. One test is not necessarily enough to detect a problem.

GBSimplicity is the main thing I like and… Simplicity is the main thing I like and after that, very informative when it comes to details on tests and then the customer service is right there with the rest, I am quite happy with this company. I also appreciate the amount of testing that is available.

GBQuality Timely, rapid and accurate results. So simple to use and sending test results out to a second no bias party such as this shows customers that you are not altering test results to upsell. Anyone can follow the instructions to gather samples and send them off for testing. I actually prefer the customer to send offf their own tests so they feel involved in the process of providing better water for their household. I highly recommend tap score for all they can do!

GBEasy test of critical info Easy to test, fast and thorough answers. I was surprised that the bathroom showed lead in the water but not the kitchen, of my NYC apartment building - however, on the 2nd test of the kitchen and this time with the recommended carbon block filter, the kitchen also showed lead in the water. In an old Bronx building, it is well known to have the problem so the question is: why didn't the lead show up initially?
