GBWhen I got my test results I was very… When I got my test results I was very surprised to see fluoride at over 5 ppm as we are on a well. After speaking with several local water experts it was even stranger as flouride is very uncommon in our area. The water was retested and showed flouride at 1.5ppm. So I'm not totally sure what to make of this but I have questions about the accuracy of my test results.

GBVery simple process Very simple process. I like that I do not have to take samples to the health department. On my last test I had a different water issue and the technicians helped me to understand my problem and offered suggestions to take care of it.

GBHeavy metals I was curious to know how our well water tested specifically with heavy metals. This test was the most comprehensive and the best price for what I was looking for. Simple directions and easy to use. The results were easy to understand as well. Definitely worth buying

GBVery good experience, even with frozen water samples Overall, Tap Score provided a great service. The directions were easy to follow, the return boxes and postage made it easy to return the samples to the lab and customer service was terrific. The initial samples I sent in happened to be during a serious cold snap and Tap Score contacted me about a week after I had sent them in, to let me know that water samples had frozen and was unusable. They gave me the option of refunding my money or sending another kit. I chose the latter option and everything worked out fine. The results were very helpful and detailed. I would definitely recommend them.

GBExcellent Water Quality Service Overall, very happy with the Tap Score process. Many detection options are offered and the reports are very detailed. The collection process is simple and non-technical. I've recommended Tap Score to friends. My one wish is that the "basic" tests were a bit more affordable. It would be nice to be able to do multiple lead tests, for example, for a more budget friendly price. There are lots of variables in water testing, and it can get expensive really quickly if you want to do multiple samples. One test is not necessarily enough to detect a problem.
