Easy and accurate testing with great support On the recommendation of a group of engineers at a recent watershed meeting, we ran the Advanced Well Water Test, which was quite easy. They supply everything you need, and in a matter of minutes your sample box is ready to send back to them. We were surprised to discover an unexpected risk in the water we drink and use every day. I contacted SimpleLab support to get further details, and began looking for a water treatment system to address the issue. After installation of our new treatment system, I contacted Simplelab support; they were very helpful, and saved us money on the follow-up tests. I've recommended their testing several times to neighbors, and all of us agree--Simplelabs is terrific!

Easy, clear, and worth it Test materials were clearly labeled and organized. Everything was straight forward on my end. The test results, which were delivered within the promised time frame, were clearly summarized with an over all score and broken down into chunks of data that helped make it clear to me what I was looking at. You don’t need to be an engineer to understand where your water falls on the continuum.

Easy test of critical info Easy to test, fast and thorough answers. I was surprised that the bathroom showed lead in the water but not the kitchen, of my NYC apartment building - however, on the 2nd test of the kitchen and this time with the recommended carbon block filter, the kitchen also showed lead in the water. In an old Bronx building, it is well known to have the problem so the question is: why didn't the lead show up initially?

Excellent Water Quality Service Overall, very happy with the Tap Score process. Many detection options are offered and the reports are very detailed. The collection process is simple and non-technical. I've recommended Tap Score to friends. My one wish is that the "basic" tests were a bit more affordable. It would be nice to be able to do multiple lead tests, for example, for a more budget friendly price. There are lots of variables in water testing, and it can get expensive really quickly if you want to do multiple samples. One test is not necessarily enough to detect a problem.

Sick wife Everything with this company was easy to use and hopefully helpful. Going to order a new kit soon as I installed a Kind hole house water system. We had issues THMS 11.11ppb Bromo 2.5 ppb Chloroform 5.96 ppb Dibrom 2.64 ppb and of course Lead .0036 ppb With my wife being sick for years and testing for heavy metals including lead I hope this works!!
