Nothing could have gone better Nothing could have gone better. The way LaShunda was knowledgeable and her professionalism I know she’ll go far in this business. Excellent help from Asley Excellent help from Asley . I really appreciated her time and help getting my update done. Even working on a Saturday. I appreciated her calling me back later in the week and also bringing to my attention a class i had to take which i didn't know i had to have but was able to complete through Dot Compliance. Thanks for answering the phone as well. i was on hold for 30 minutes waiting trying to get through to another company. Many thanks.

A great represenative A couple of months ago I received a phone call from DOT Compliance Group and asked me if I had any questions. Jim Alberts was the representatives name and he helped make sure that all of my forms and need paperwork was up to date. Before ending the call he told me to contact him any time I had a question. I have know contacted him twice this year along and he has solved all my questions.
