Unacceptable Delay and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been 17 days since I placed my order for the kit, and I still haven't received it. The customer support has been unhelpful and slow to respond. Their slow and ineffective communication is very frustrating. I would expect much better service and prompt updates regarding my order status.

She even spared adequate amount of time to explain everything. The profile was more or less like a template but what made it complete was the counselling.
