GBI called Lunella to have a doctor… I called Lunella to have a doctor assess my need to take the sleeping test. The doctor called me within a few hours to discuss my symptoms. The doctor authorized a sleeping test which arrived in a few days. It was all very professional, quick and easy.

GBCalled to get information about disposable sleep study equipment Called to get information about the at home disposable sleep study equipment. Customer service rep listened and responded in an empathetic and patient manner to my many questions. Excellent customer service. Since I have not tried the product yet, I only gave it 4 stars. Will update my review after conducting the sleep study and getting results back.

GBEasy to do the test Easy to do the test. I had a previous sleep study in a hospital setting which was inconclusive and they wanted me to do another in-hospital test. I personally decided to do a through Lunella instead - and it confirmed sleep apnea and was able to sleep in my own bed for the test. I've now had a machine for a month now and sleep like a baby!

GBVery Disappointed, Beware.... I purchased the sleep test after doing the online assessment. The charge to my account was immediate with a confirmation email. The test arrived in two days (all good). Completed the test, which went very well, easy to do and uploaded results. Then the fun begins. I received my results, which seemed thorough. I was informed I had sleep apnea. MISSING was the prescription which says will be included as the results are certified and signed by a doctor. I called and they told me there should have been a page 5 which is the prescription. I looked and downloaded again. The agent told me it must have been an error and she would resend. The next file did come but NO PRESCRIPTION. Called again and the agent stated she would reach out to her supervisor and let me know. After a couple calls back and forth I was told the prescription was not there because my results were too high, even though there are testimonials on their site which had someone much higher who was satisfied?? I was then told I could take the results to my personal physician for a prescription or pay $99 to speak with their physician and get a prescription. No where on the website does it say you have to go to another Dr. for follow up and to get a prescription. Overall I am extremely disappointed. I lost a great deal of money and have no prescription to order a CPAP which they state is a solution for a positive sleep apnea diagnosis. If I had the option again I would not go with Lunella.
