Easy to do the test Easy to do the test. I had a previous sleep study in a hospital setting which was inconclusive and they wanted me to do another in-hospital test. I personally decided to do a through Lunella instead - and it confirmed sleep apnea and was able to sleep in my own bed for the test. I've now had a machine for a month now and sleep like a baby!

Only in regards to customer service Only in regards to customer service. Never was able to apply the coupon code and never got the $100 off. Emailed the company and have had no response as of yet. Customer service rep listened and responded in an empathetic and patient manner to my many questions. Excellent customer service. Since I have not tried the product yet, I only gave it 4 stars. Extraordinarily quick turnaround. Very detailed report. Highly recommended. Ordered my test on Tuesday evening, test arrived Thursday and I did it Thursday night. Uploaded the results on Friday morning and got my results and Prescription on Saturday morning. Couldn't be more pleased. I received a very thorough test report and diagnosis showing sleep position and duration, blood oxygen levels, pulse rate, etc. The test was easy and non intrusive. I highly recommend Lunella.
