Customer service rep listened and responded in an empathetic and patient manner to my many questions. Excellent customer service. Since I have not tried the product yet, I only gave it 4 stars. Will update my review after conducting the sleep study and getting results back.

GBI have not received my results in over… I have not received my results in over a week!! I have called three times only to be told they would put in a ticket to get me my results. I want a refund!!!!
