Software issues appear to be resolved. The software has been hit-or-miss with respect to pairing with bluetooth but i have been having better luck this past month. I have found that if I restart my phone and disconnect all other bluetooth devices, it connects to my lg300 more consistently. Wearing cuff every day and it works great to control foot drop and facilitate longer walks with reduced fatigue. My only question is how do I protect the skin under the electrodes from electrical irritation? My orthotist has it adjusted properly, I keep the pads wet and turn off the device after use for 2 hours, but I still have a reaction from the FES. If I could use it without the skin rash I would give it 5 stars! BIONESS HAS REACHED OUT (thank you!), BUT THE PHONE # IS NOT VALID.

Fees that you are responsible for if you return Rep that I met with was excellent and took his time to listen and set me up based on my needs. The only issue I have is the restocking charges. &600/unit is a bit extreme. This was not even mentioned to me as I was signing all the papers. Not fair. Different when you have someone there guiding you through everything and different when you arenon your own. Wouldnt recommend otherwise

Highly recommend Bioness All of the Bioness representatives I collaborated with throughout the process were extremely caring, knowledgeable as well as honest. Especially my main rep Megan Rao who supports the Northeast. Megan made my experience everything I would have expected and more. She should be recognized for her expertise, honesty, flexibility and knowledge. She never rushed me, and was always an excellent listener as well as super supportive with my MS condition.
