Poor Bioness App Tracking Steps The Bioness App does not track the steps that you take each week or each month. The app does track your daily steps, but does not track your steps each day by week or by month. Let me know when you fix the bug in your application software.

My Bioness works good for about 10 days… My Bioness works good for about 10 days ,after it's programmed then it stops. I start dragging my right leg again. I wish their was a longer period for the trial and a representative was available more than once a month.

The purchase and training process was far from smooth. The device was ordered and received fairly quickly but I found out after it was received that I had to travel to Bioness to get fitted properly. After going round and round I was setup with UPMC physical therapy for one appointment (that was not free). I do not understand to this day why Bioness would not visit my home to get me set up. I was lead to believe that they would when I went through the ordering process.

Great Communication It took several months working with my insurer to complete the process. Your representative stayed in touch and explained things each step.

Although I'm not 100 percent releaved… Although I'm not 100 percent releaved of many walking problems. I'm am satisfied with my support staff. The thigh cuff could be stronger.
