We could not be more pleased with the customer service for Marcs Mobility. They were efficient, fair, friendly and informative. Very good customer service for sure.

Overall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Even gave me financial advice! After I checked out the website I called them on the phone to make sure the lift I wanted would work with my type of vehicle. I then wanted to find out if they would hold the used lift I wanted while I worked on getting a loan. He then suggested which loan company would give me the best deal. (This was only after I asked!) They were friendly and prompt at the appointment they set for me to get my wheelchair lift installed They were also very informative. They showed how to work the lift and let me try myself.
