GBSal was great at explaining and getting… Sal was great at explaining and getting items shipped. What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.

GBThe Jazzy Carbon is wonderful The Jazzy Carbon is wonderful. However, I still have not received my additional battery, which I have already been charged for. That is the cause of the 4 stars instead of 5 Star.

GBPersonal Touch Fast service, personal touch and exactly the product that we needed. Personal touch with phone calls after we had placed the order and, the Youtube demo of the item that we purchased was the icing on the cake. It's hard to find that type of customer service in these days and times.

FIFast, friendly, efficient We live in Hawaii and could not get any vendors here to return calls for a scooter so I went to the Pride Mobility website and sought an online dealer. We could not be more pleased with the customer service for Marcs Mobility. They were efficient, fair, friendly and informative. Very good customer service for sure.

GBGREAT transaction and people Awsome transaction and customer service. Called me to make sure chair was right fit. Height, weight wise then called and asked what side to put the joystick on and how high I wanted the seat. Not very many companies care about stuff like that!!!
