I had to get a chair on VERY short notice as a loved one was entering home hospice and the chair was needed. I called Sal at Marc’s Mobility and he helped me get one same day from the warehouse in PA. I am fortunate enough that I live within 200 miles of the HQ warehouse. GBSal was great at explaining and getting… Sal was great at explaining and getting items shipped. What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.
