Excellent customer service The personal phone call made all the difference. Nick helped me choose the right chair for my husband at a great price. Fast delivery and ready to go right out of the box! My husband loves his new wheels and gets more comfortable with each test drive. The swivel seat on the Jazzy Select makes it much easier to use with the hoyer lift. Really a quality chair! 5 stars Had a great experience with this family-owned business. I did an extensive research prior to investing in a good travel power chair for my father and Marc's Mobility was the only place that I felt I could trust that I wouldn't be scammed or receive poor-quality mobility device. I first learned about the business through their YouTube channel. They seem to care a lot about their job and only have the best devices curated on their website. Very thoughtful and quick to communicate with. My power chair arrived in less than a week and in perfect conditions, I can't wait for my dad to start using it. Thanks a lot!

Overall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Also great customer service…friendly and informative, and helped us get a rebate on the tax. Thanks!
