GBEven gave me financial advice! After I checked out the website I called them on the phone to make sure the lift I wanted would work with my type of vehicle. I then wanted to find out if they would hold the used lift I wanted while I worked on getting a loan. He then suggested which loan company would give me the best deal. (This was only after I asked!) They were friendly and prompt at the appointment they set for me to get my wheelchair lift installed They were also very informative. They showed how to work the lift and let me try myself.

Pricing was inline with other companies I researched. The video's provided additional information. My scooter came exactly on time and was easy to operate. I had additional questions about my 2nd fob for scooter. Marcs Mobility answered all my questions. If any additional services or questions, I was provided where to contact for added information. So far great service.

GBIf you want, need a new chair, this is a place to go I came across Mark’s mobility if he years ago, and I was involved in the accident and I had to replace my power chair quickly. I called them up and talked to Sal and was able to get something actually better than what I even had. I quickly got the chair within three days of even talking to them I was very happy because everything they said was true, the bumpy part of the experience happened after the cell when I had a multi charger that Permobi replaced. I also had a bag cable that they quickly sent out a replacement for my experience with Mark’s mobility is really good quickly and listen to my needs and fit me to the chair that actually wanted and not something that we just do for the time being, thank you Sal. Thank you, Mark and Alex for all your help.
