Fast, friendly, efficient We live in Hawaii and could not get any vendors here to return calls for a scooter so I went to the Pride Mobility website and sought an online dealer. We could not be more pleased with the customer service for Marcs Mobility. They were efficient, fair, friendly and informative. Very good customer service for sure.

This company goes above and beyond!!! I can’t say enough about Sal and the team at Marc’s Mobility. I had to get a chair on VERY short notice as a loved one was entering home hospice and the chair was needed. I called Sal at Marc’s Mobility and he helped me get one same day from the warehouse in PA. I am fortunate enough that I live within 200 miles of the HQ warehouse. Sal took care of making sure the warehouse had what I wanted and had it ready for me. Truly above and beyond service. We got the Pride VivaLift Ultra and it is a wonderful chair. Thank you again Sal. You really made this happen for me.

The Jazzy Carbon is wonderful The Jazzy Carbon is wonderful. However, I still have not received my additional battery, which I have already been charged for. That is the cause of the 4 stars instead of 5 Star.

Excellent customer service The personal phone call made all the difference. Nick helped me choose the right chair for my husband at a great price. Fast delivery and ready to go right out of the box! My husband loves his new wheels and gets more comfortable with each test drive. The swivel seat on the Jazzy Select makes it much easier to use with the hoyer lift. Really a quality chair!
