What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.

Excellent customer service The personal phone call made all the difference. Nick helped me choose the right chair for my husband at a great price. Fast delivery and ready to go right out of the box! My husband loves his new wheels and gets more comfortable with each test drive. The swivel seat on the Jazzy Select makes it much easier to use with the hoyer lift. Really a quality chair! GREAT transaction and people Awsome transaction and customer service. Called me to make sure chair was right fit. Height, weight wise then called and asked what side to put the joystick on and how high I wanted the seat. Not very many companies care about stuff like that!!!

Even gave me financial advice! After I checked out the website I called them on the phone to make sure the lift I wanted would work with my type of vehicle. I then wanted to find out if they would hold the used lift I wanted while I worked on getting a loan. He then suggested which loan company would give me the best deal. (This was only after I asked!) They were friendly and prompt at the appointment they set for me to get my wheelchair lift installed They were also very informative. They showed how to work the lift and let me try myself.
