GBTransformer 2 Scooter review I recently purchased the Transformer 2 Automatic Folding Scooter. After careful research on which scooter would best meet my and my family's needs, I contacted Marcs Mobility. The service I received was great. All my questions answered. Pricing was inline with other companies I researched. The video's provided additional information. My scooter came exactly on time and was easy to operate. I had additional questions about my 2nd fob for scooter. Marcs Mobility answered all my questions. If any additional services or questions, I was provided where to contact for added information. So far great service.

GB5 stars Had a great experience with this family-owned business. I did an extensive research prior to investing in a good travel power chair for my father and Marc's Mobility was the only place that I felt I could trust that I wouldn't be scammed or receive poor-quality mobility device. I first learned about the business through their YouTube channel. They seem to care a lot about their job and only have the best devices curated on their website. Very thoughtful and quick to communicate with. My power chair arrived in less than a week and in perfect conditions, I can't wait for my dad to start using it. Thanks a lot!

GBHappy with product/company. Fast shipping, excellent support. Note: despite the company specifying the size truck that would get up our driveway, it came on a 53’ truck, meaning we had to meet it at the road with our pickup. (This has happened before.)

GBOverall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Also great customer service…friendly and informative, and helped us get a rebate on the tax. Thanks!

GBSal was great at explaining and getting… Sal was great at explaining and getting items shipped. What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.
