GBIf you want, need a new chair, this is a place to go I came across Mark’s mobility if he years ago, and I was involved in the accident and I had to replace my power chair quickly. I called them up and talked to Sal and was able to get something actually better than what I even had. I quickly got the chair within three days of even talking to them I was very happy because everything they said was true, the bumpy part of the experience happened after the cell when I had a multi charger that Permobi replaced. I also had a bag cable that they quickly sent out a replacement for my experience with Mark’s mobility is really good quickly and listen to my needs and fit me to the chair that actually wanted and not something that we just do for the time being, thank you Sal. Thank you, Mark and Alex for all your help.

GBI just ordered a travel chair for mom I just ordered a travel chair for my mom. As soon as the order was complete, I received a call from marcsmobility to go over the features and ensure that I had the right chair for our needs. I received information right away about the accessories. This was awesome customer service. To top off the wonderful customer service, my mom also recipient a call to verify address and shipping, as well as to see if she had questions. This company is the best company to use for mobility needs.

GBHappy with product/company. Fast shipping, excellent support. Note: despite the company specifying the size truck that would get up our driveway, it came on a 53’ truck, meaning we had to meet it at the road with our pickup. (This has happened before.)

GBSal was great at explaining and getting… Sal was great at explaining and getting items shipped. What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.
