Overall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Also great customer service…friendly and informative, and helped us get a rebate on the tax. Thanks!

Excellent customer service The personal phone call made all the difference. Nick helped me choose the right chair for my husband at a great price. Fast delivery and ready to go right out of the box! My husband loves his new wheels and gets more comfortable with each test drive. The swivel seat on the Jazzy Select makes it much easier to use with the hoyer lift. Really a quality chair! Even gave me financial advice! After I checked out the website I called them on the phone to make sure the lift I wanted would work with my type of vehicle. I then wanted to find out if they would hold the used lift I wanted while I worked on getting a loan. He then suggested which loan company would give me the best deal. (This was only after I asked!) They were friendly and prompt at the appointment they set for me to get my wheelchair lift installed They were also very informative. They showed how to work the lift and let me try myself.
