I did an extensive research prior to investing in a good travel power chair for my father and Marc's Mobility was the only place that I felt I could trust that I wouldn't be scammed or receive poor-quality mobility device. I first learned about the business through their YouTube channel. They seem to care a lot about their job and only have the best devices curated on their website. Very thoughtful and quick to communicate with. My power chair arrived in less than a week and in perfect conditions, I can't wait for my dad to start using it. Thanks a lot!

GBGREAT transaction and people Awsome transaction and customer service. Called me to make sure chair was right fit. Height, weight wise then called and asked what side to put the joystick on and how high I wanted the seat. Not very many companies care about stuff like that!!!

GBSal was great at explaining and getting… Sal was great at explaining and getting items shipped. What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.

GBIf you want, need a new chair, this is a place to go I came across Mark’s mobility if he years ago, and I was involved in the accident and I had to replace my power chair quickly. I called them up and talked to Sal and was able to get something actually better than what I even had. I quickly got the chair within three days of even talking to them I was very happy because everything they said was true, the bumpy part of the experience happened after the cell when I had a multi charger that Permobi replaced. I also had a bag cable that they quickly sent out a replacement for my experience with Mark’s mobility is really good quickly and listen to my needs and fit me to the chair that actually wanted and not something that we just do for the time being, thank you Sal. Thank you, Mark and Alex for all your help.
