Overall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! GREAT transaction and people Awsome transaction and customer service. Called me to make sure chair was right fit. Height, weight wise then called and asked what side to put the joystick on and how high I wanted the seat. Not very many companies care about stuff like that!!!
