This company goes above and beyond!!! I can’t say enough about Sal and the team at Marc’s Mobility. I had to get a chair on VERY short notice as a loved one was entering home hospice and the chair was needed. I called Sal at Marc’s Mobility and he helped me get one same day from the warehouse in PA. I am fortunate enough that I live within 200 miles of the HQ warehouse. Sal took care of making sure the warehouse had what I wanted and had it ready for me. Truly above and beyond service. We got the Pride VivaLift Ultra and it is a wonderful chair. Thank you again Sal. You really made this happen for me.

I just ordered a travel chair for mom I just ordered a travel chair for my mom. As soon as the order was complete, I received a call from marcsmobility to go over the features and ensure that I had the right chair for our needs. I received information right away about the accessories. This was awesome customer service. To top off the wonderful customer service, my mom also recipient a call to verify address and shipping, as well as to see if she had questions. GREAT transaction and people Awsome transaction and customer service. Called me to make sure chair was right fit. Height, weight wise then called and asked what side to put the joystick on and how high I wanted the seat. Not very many companies care about stuff like that!!!

Overall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Also great customer service…friendly and informative, and helped us get a rebate on the tax. Thanks!

The Jazzy Carbon is wonderful The Jazzy Carbon is wonderful. However, I still have not received my additional battery, which I have already been charged for. That is the cause of the 4 stars instead of 5 Star.
