GBThis company goes above and beyond!!! I can’t say enough about Sal and the team at Marc’s Mobility. I had to get a chair on VERY short notice as a loved one was entering home hospice and the chair was needed. I called Sal at Marc’s Mobility and he helped me get one same day from the warehouse in PA. I am fortunate enough that I live within 200 miles of the HQ warehouse. Sal took care of making sure the warehouse had what I wanted and had it ready for me. Truly above and beyond service. We got the Pride VivaLift Ultra and it is a wonderful chair. Thank you again Sal. You really made this happen for me.

GB5 stars Had a great experience with this family-owned business. I did an extensive research prior to investing in a good travel power chair for my father and Marc's Mobility was the only place that I felt I could trust that I wouldn't be scammed or receive poor-quality mobility device. I first learned about the business through their YouTube channel. They seem to care a lot about their job and only have the best devices curated on their website. Very thoughtful and quick to communicate with. My power chair arrived in less than a week and in perfect conditions, I can't wait for my dad to start using it. Thanks a lot!

GBSal was great at explaining and getting… Sal was great at explaining and getting items shipped. What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.

GBPersonal Touch Fast service, personal touch and exactly the product that we needed. Personal touch with phone calls after we had placed the order and, the Youtube demo of the item that we purchased was the icing on the cake. It's hard to find that type of customer service in these days and times.
