I then wanted to find out if they would hold the used lift I wanted while I worked on getting a loan. He then suggested which loan company would give me the best deal. (This was only after I asked!) They were friendly and prompt at the appointment they set for me to get my wheelchair lift installed They were also very informative. They showed how to work the lift and let me try myself.
