After careful research on which scooter would best meet my and my family's needs, I contacted Marcs Mobility. The service I received was great. All my questions answered. Pricing was inline with other companies I researched. The video's provided additional information. My scooter came exactly on time and was easy to operate. I had additional questions about my 2nd fob for scooter. Marcs Mobility answered all my questions. If any additional services or questions, I was provided where to contact for added information. Overall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Also great customer service…friendly and informative, and helped us get a rebate on the tax. Thanks!
