This company goes above and beyond!!! I can’t say enough about Sal and the team at Marc’s Mobility. I had to get a chair on VERY short notice as a loved one was entering home hospice and the chair was needed. I called Sal at Marc’s Mobility and he helped me get one same day from the warehouse in PA. I am fortunate enough that I live within 200 miles of the HQ warehouse. Sal took care of making sure the warehouse had what I wanted and had it ready for me. Truly above and beyond service. We got the Pride VivaLift Ultra and it is a wonderful chair. Thank you again Sal. You really made this happen for me.

If you want, need a new chair, this is a place to go I came across Mark’s mobility if he years ago, and I was involved in the accident and I had to replace my power chair quickly. I called them up and talked to Sal and was able to get something actually better than what I even had. I quickly got the chair within three days of even talking to them I was very happy because everything they said was true, the bumpy part of the experience happened after the cell when I had a multi charger that Permobi replaced. I also had a bag cable that they quickly sent out a replacement for my experience with Mark’s mobility is really good quickly and listen to my needs and fit me to the chair that actually wanted and not something that we just do for the time being, thank you Sal. Fast, friendly, efficient We live in Hawaii and could not get any vendors here to return calls for a scooter so I went to the Pride Mobility website and sought an online dealer. We could not be more pleased with the customer service for Marcs Mobility. They were efficient, fair, friendly and informative. Very good customer service for sure.

GREAT transaction and people Awsome transaction and customer service. Called me to make sure chair was right fit. Height, weight wise then called and asked what side to put the joystick on and how high I wanted the seat. Not very many companies care about stuff like that!!!
