Pricing was inline with other companies I researched. The video's provided additional information. My scooter came exactly on time and was easy to operate. GBSal was great at explaining and getting… Sal was great at explaining and getting items shipped. What I was disappointed with was when I left items in my shopping cart your company was quick to let me know that I didn’t finish checking out, even got a phone call the following day from an employee seeing if I was still interested. But the day after I made a 3000.00 purchase I got an email advertising 10% off. I called and spoke with a lady that said I would get a call back. Must not be important after making the purchase still waiting for the return call. And that was January 9.

GBOverall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Also great customer service…friendly and informative, and helped us get a rebate on the tax. Thanks!
