Overall happy Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! After placing our order online After placing our order online, Marc’s Mobility called to confirm that the batteries ordered were correct for our wheelchair. The batteries were then delivered on a very timely basis.

Happy with product/company. Fast shipping, excellent support. Note: despite the company specifying the size truck that would get up our driveway, it came on a 53’ truck, meaning we had to meet it at the road with our pickup. (This has happened before.)
