GBMy 180 medical helpers. Well from the time i started getting your product/service, anytime i had a concern/question the staff was eager to help in any way. if a shipment was not getting to me before i ran out of supplies they would send me samples (rushed) to save me from running out before your shipment was received. Also during my travels my shipment would be sent to a different location as to keep me supplied. if i had a billing problem you would help with that also. I'm so thankful of the service i receive from 180 medical. (God Bless)

GBI had an issue with the brand of… I had an issue with the brand of catheters I use and 180 medical fixed the issue by going through the same manufacturer but a different brand. I am so grateful for 180 medical. I have never had a bad experience with them. The staff are so pleasant and very friendly and very knowledgeable. When I call them I feel like I am talking with a family friend. Thank you 180 medical.
