The order you’re responding to never…arrived The order you’re responding to never happened. A representative called today, 19th to see why I hadn’t executed a reorder. I told I had already spoke to a representative and the order was placed. She said there was no order. I thanked her for following up . She was going to place the order that never happened.

My 180 medical helpers. Well from the time i started getting your product/service, anytime i had a concern/question the staff was eager to help in any way. if a shipment was not getting to me before i ran out of supplies they would send me samples (rushed) to save me from running out before your shipment was received. Also during my travels my shipment would be sent to a different location as to keep me supplied. if i had a billing problem you would help with that also.
