Highest quality with only a single blip Highest quality, professional, friendly service. Easy ordering process, and order always arrives on-time. Financial assistance is terrific! However, applying online for financial assistance is a problem area. Twice (January and March) I submitted the financial assistance form online, and twice it was apparently lost. When I contacted Billing, I was told that there was no record of the form having been submitted, even though I had screen shots showing that the forms were submitted successfully. Fortunately, Billing emailed me a form, which I completed and returned via email, and the assistance was approved the next day.

Upper management needs to urgently send… Upper management needs to urgently send those who are in the trenches a few months in The Tropics. You guys can receive an order one day and fulfill it the next! And talking with you via telephone is far far less frightening than one would expect - this coming from a customer. The order you’re responding to never…arrived The order you’re responding to never happened. A representative called today, 19th to see why I hadn’t executed a reorder. I told I had already spoke to a representative and the order was placed. She said there was no order. I thanked her for following up . She was going to place the order that never happened.
