GBHighest quality with only a single blip Highest quality, professional, friendly service. Easy ordering process, and order always arrives on-time. Financial assistance is terrific! However, applying online for financial assistance is a problem area. Twice (January and March) I submitted the financial assistance form online, and twice it was apparently lost. When I contacted Billing, I was told that there was no record of the form having been submitted, even though I had screen shots showing that the forms were submitted successfully. Fortunately, Billing emailed me a form, which I completed and returned via email, and the assistance was approved the next day.
