However, applying online for financial assistance is a problem area. Twice (January and March) I submitted the financial assistance form online, and twice it was apparently lost. When I contacted Billing, I was told that there was no record of the form having been submitted, even though I had screen shots showing that the forms were submitted successfully. Fortunately, Billing emailed me a form, which I completed and returned via email, and the assistance was approved the next day.

Well from the time i started getting your product/service, anytime i had a concern/question the staff was eager to help in any way. if a shipment was not getting to me before i ran out of supplies they would send me samples (rushed) to save me from running out before your shipment was received. Also during my travels my shipment would be sent to a different location as to keep me supplied. if i had a billing problem you would help with that also.
