My experience was pretty smooth however… My experience was pretty smooth however the stethoscope I received is backwards. The larger part is the opposite direction it should be down but it’s faced up and I have to twist it every time I use it to get a blood pressure. It was very disappointing.

My order would have been shipped within… My order would have been shipped within an hour (customized) but they were out of a color I wanted so They called me! No e-mail or text. A phone call to offer different colors or to wait on the color I wanted to become available. I had to call them back and immediate answer. No automated system no waiting on hold for 20 min.
