Love how you can email them and request a longer text character than the limit for the engravement. Shipping is very quick as well. I have been ordering from this place for years now and will continue to do so for medical supply needs.

Customer service is awesome I forgot to add something when I placed my order and sent a email asking for help. Customer service was prompt in responding. I wish I'd written down the name of the very professional girl I spoke with when I called back, she was the most helpful and knowledgeable about her company. Not the shipping we paid for Fedex overnight shipping was selected and paid for and products were sent via fedex ground. Item was shipped on 1/26/24 and still have not received it. They communicate well, so customer service seems decent. They should have honored the original overnight shipping and not ask for more money to ship overnight.
