I appreciate dealing with a company selling what I needed rather than what they wanted to sell. After decades of service, my stethoscope needed repair parts. I contacted several other companies that offered Littman products and was told that since my particular stethoscope was discontinued no parts were available. These companies were happy to offer new Littmans with prices that totaled roughly $250 including tax and shipping. I'm retired but still use my Littman to check blood pressures for family members and to monitor the health of my equines. I had a sick pony when the failure occurred. I felt that the cost of a brand-new Littman was foolish in my situation so I continued to Google for parts. Redding eventually turned up listing the needed parts, marked for a different model but the listing clearly stated that the parts would fit what I own. Snapped right on and I'm back in business. I appreciate the honesty of offering needed parts over the profit of selling what was more than I needed by a long shot. I have already recommended Redding and will continue to do so. The pony recovered.

It was excellent It was excellent. In my purchase I included a carrier box for my stethoscope and I forgot to choose what color I'd like. I received an email asking what color would I like and even with my delayed response they got back to me within 2 mins no exaggeration. Usually I'd have trouble getting a quick response but not with Redding medical. Also I made my purchase as a gift for my mother and she absolutely loved the stethoscope and the engraved name. You guys are WONDERFUL!

My experience was pretty smooth however… My experience was pretty smooth however the stethoscope I received is backwards. The larger part is the opposite direction it should be down but it’s faced up and I have to twist it every time I use it to get a blood pressure. It was very disappointing.
